Return and Exchange Guidelines


Return Policy


You are entitled to a complete refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) if you return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including the original packaging.


Please note the following stipulations:


Items that are discounted by more than 40% or custom-made jerseys are not eligible for returns as they are deemed final sales.

If a return is initiated after 30 days but within 60 days of receipt, you will be provided with store credit in the form of a Cash Coupon.


Exchange Procedure


For exchanges, please follow the return process outlined above to return the unwanted item(s), await your refund, and then place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

Given our business operations, this method ensures the most efficient exchange process and helps to confirm that the item you desire is available. We cannot assure availability of replacement stock by the time your return arrives if we were to offer direct exchanges.


Please expect a processing time of 7-10 business days for your return or exchange once the returned merchandise arrives at our warehouse.
